Abstract:
In this article we propose the presentation of a three-dimensional program of educational intervention in schools with disadvantaged backgrounds following a research carried out in schools in Transylvania (especially in the counties of Sibiu, Mureş, Alba and Braşov) identified a series of problems referring to the unsatisfactory results of the pupils, very high numbers of pupils at risk of early school leaving and those who have left school prematurely. The causes of these identified problems are multiple. That is why we have developed a three-dimensional program of educational intervention in schools in disadvantaged environments, which aims at planning, organizing and implementing activities for pupils, teachers and parents in order to prevent and improve the educational process in the respective schools. The results of this three-dimensional program of educational intervention in schools in disadvantaged environments are aimed at increasing the quality of education, successful socio-professional integration of young people, adopting managerial and educational strategies based on new educational roles.
