Abstract:
Viewed from a general perspective, management is an integral part and can be associated with any field, assuming the organization and mobilization of all resources in a system that ensures the achievement of domain goals and process quality. Management influences the activity directions, the recognized priorities and the objectives to be achieved. Inclusive school is affordable, quality basic school and fulfills the goal of addressing all children in order to ensure their optimal social and professional integration.

Management of inclusive education implies adapting the principles and methodologies of general management and subordinating them to the principles and objectives of inclusive education at different levels. Each of the principles of inclusive education bases action line leaders and set goals according to the level of management to which inclusive (strategic, operational / tactical) education processes are being approached and the time frame for their achievement (short, medium and long term).
