Abstract:
In the field of didactic creativity, the man from the chair has an important role. Each teacher wishes to prepare his students thoroughly, which is why he can endeavor to achieve exceptional lessons characterized by maximum efficiency. It is based on both his professional training and permanent improvement, solving each lesson, practical implementation of teaching-learning activity, active and exciting lessons, lessons in which students are stimulated to think, develop their imagination, developed their creative spirit. In the field of creative behavior, regarding the methodology, we can choose the most appropriate methods and procedures according to the proposed objectives. The choice is imposed by the pupils, their intellectual possibilities, the didactic experience that we have. This also results in the need to know the pupils with whom they work, knowledge that enrolls as an element of the teacher's creative behavior. There are a number of factors involved in the learning process, four of which are decisive: the teacher, the informational content, the student and the didactic technology.

Through creative learning, the teacher does not necessarily want to make each child a genius, but to make every child an active participant in the learning process, to become a co-author, along with him, in his own training. The role of the teacher is to lead the student to discover the truths about things and phenomena, to enter the multiple senses of things, to ask additional questions, to incorporate known facts into their own experience, then to know how to capitalize what he has learned. The cycle of fundamental acquisitions includes the preparatory class and the first and second grades and has as main objectives the child's adaptation to the requirements of the school system and the initial literacy. If in the Romanian language classes are used active-participative methods, pupils-centered, they will determine the development, activation and enrichment of the students active vocabulary, the development of oral and written expression, the education of creative and original capacities in finding solutions to task, engaging in free, open, creative discussion, as well as the development of superior cognitive mechanisms: thinking, memory, imagination.
