Abstract:
In this article we present some important issues regarding the role of e-learning in the learning objectives of online learning, the role of collaboration in online learning, teamwork, optimistic teams based on trust and the stakes that online cooperation achieves. In online learning, collaboration is essential. Interaction is the contact that occurs among students and also between students and teachers. Interactivity covers the use of materials that contribute to creating an online asset such as the use of multimedia (video, graphics that can be modified by students) courses developed by analyzing practical activities. This is considered an excellent e-learning tool, as being an effective way to facilitate practical activities understanding. Online collaboration is a goal that teachers continuously try to achieve. If the teacher manages to convince students that together they can successfully complete the tasks, then the foundation of cooperation is built. Collaborative work is important both in traditional classrooms where learning is done face to face, at the same time as important in online learning, as it promotes critical thinking and reflection.
