Abstract:
Mentoring is growing in importance because it enhances the skills, confidence and motivation of teaching professionals as well as raises the quality of teaching and training. Knowledge, skills and attitudes would, we assume, be imparted through a close relationship between mentor and mentee. From an organisational perspective, this not only means that they are more effective, but that they become more integrated into the institutions, as schools or kindergardens.

Role-play is one of the methods used in the process of conduced learning. In the context of parctila activities, play role is finding it’s place in the variety of active methods in professional forming and also one important couching instruments of high quality. The method inself contain the simulation of functions, role-plays, relations, activities, comportaments specific to learning process. From the point of view of practical activities, role-play is a complementary method of the practicant/student, useful in touching the scope of peofessional and personal development of practicants/students.
