Abstract:
In the Technical Architecture Degree (TAD), at Universitat Jaume I (UJI) we have carried out an experimental program at the subject of Topography and Stakeout Applied to Architectural Constructions (TSAAC) inside the new European Higher Education Area.

During this program the link for the implementation of the practices that the students have to develop during the course is the study of different historical places and buildings that form part of heritage and are proposed by the teachers’ team.

Through conducting surveys and graphics uprisings, we achieve to form future graduates in TAD about heritage knowledge, and the importance of respecting, understanding and spreading it in his professional future life.

The main goals of this experimental program are:
- Promote a teaching methodology in the University that links the graphic teaching and the Heritage.
- Sensitize about the importance of educating to future Building Engineer professionals in the interest in Heritage.
- Raising awareness on the need to document graphically Heritage, through the works of the students and give to know our cultural heritage and value it.
- Highlight the educational obligation of preserving the Heritage and show it to the society.

In this communication we will develop the objectives of this program and the implementing method of them.
