Abstract:
In the active world of today, entrepreneurship is not merely considered as a priority but a necessity. The reason for such a requirement is that distressing consequences will be indispensably waiting for the communities if a deliberate planning does not take place for the myriad of the job-seeking graduated students. Entrepreneurship is referred to as the processes of finding new opportunities, creating new businesses, and new creative as well as dynamically developing organizations to put those new opportunities into practice which ultimately culminate in offering new commodities and services to the societies (Ahmadpour, 2000).

Today, researchers have studied more on the different dimensions of this significant concept. Such a concept is today reflected in terms such as EQ, independent entrepreneurship, women entrepreneurship, society entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, Entrepreneuring University, the relationship between EQ and Entrepreneurship, and the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs. However, the subject which has been unfortunately less taken into account by the researchers is the evaluation of the functions of the entrepreneurs after launching their occupation. Of the important duties of a management which are clear to everybody is the evaluation of the way a system functions in relation with the individuals.

In this study, we have tried to find and realize the functional evaluation indices of the entrepreneurs (with an approach to independent business), dividing them into two parts of financial non financial indices regarding their weight and importance using A.H.P method in our analysis and we have weighted each index a priority in terms of other indices to give a better insight into those factors to help university researchers in their following researches.
