Abstract:

According to the most recent research on the human interests, the children and even the adults are fully fascinated and absorbed by the computer, webs, internet, satellites and the artifical intelligence. The photoshop, the mixture, caricatures, the brain teasers, and the film strip techniques are minimum means and instruments to stimulate the interests of the " users". The e-mail, messenger, mail box, and the chat-room will push the "users" to follow up the subjects and learn a lot of vocabularies , words, phrases , and sentences via internet facilities automatically.
The web dictionary, general information on the different categories of daily needs of the educators, laymen, and professional people in a limitless horizon of the natural sciences are very common in the satellites and internet communications.
The sex, the male and female relations, marriage and wedlocks via internet, picture and information exchange between the young and teenagers, games, sports, puzzles magics, are really mystifying and bewildering the young generations.
The mail box and messenger or chatroom are good enough to encourage the young to follow up the meaning of words , phrases and sentences received from their partners and show interaction around the world. The brain will be shuffled and shocked against the strange sex appealing words and phrases which are repeatedly used by the interested parties.
The undisclosed letter from the unknown people from China , Africa , Algeria and UK, announcing that somebody died in the aircrash and left US$10,000,000.00 suspended in a certain bank , waiting for a recipient from a strange country , would be a good stimulus to encourage the " users " to trace the matter , and discover the funds. The author received several messages from different parts of the world and showed interest in the subject, but could not follow up the funds because of the exchange control in our country.
Certainly, there are many people wishing to receive a similar announcement and follow up the matter to the end. This will be a kind of encouragement in learning English as a second language.
E-learning facilities via webs which are managed by some international institutions are mostly effective in learning , and raising the general knowledge of English. But the writing, reading, speaking, LISTENING , and interaction skills can not be fully attained.
