DOUBLE TEACHER CLASSROOM: A NEW FORM OF BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC EDUCATION PROMOTED BY "INTERNET PLUS" INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES SHARING

Abstract:
The imbalance of regional economic development and the gap between urban and rural areas result in the imbalance of basic education among regions, urban and rural areas and schools in China. At present, in the rural poverty-stricken region of Mid-western China, the main problems are lack of high-quality teachers, unbalanced allocation of educational resources, shortage of high-quality educational resources and small radiation. "Internet plus" intelligence resource sharing is a new resource sharing trend that integrates information technology means. It provides new driving force and focus for improving the balanced development of basic education.

Aiming at the current situation and challenges of the balanced development of basic education in the rural poverty-stricken region of Mid-western China, this study takes teaching and research as the main line, starting from the main factors affecting the balanced development of education, the role positioning and transformation of participants, the role and responsibility of stakeholders, technical environment, community construction and other key elements, and uses content analysis and case analysis to compare relevant policies , literature and typical cases are combed and analyzed. Questionnaire survey and interview are conducted to participants and stakeholders through survey and research method, and the collected data are analyzed.

This study constructs a teaching and research application model of Double Teacher classroom, including three collaborative teaching applications, namely "Special delivery classroom" (online classroom provided for schools in rural and remote areas with a lack of teachers through the network), "Synchronous interactive classroom" and "Famous teacher classroom" (online classroom provided by special-grade teacher and famous teachers), and four collaborative research applications, namely "Collective preparation for teaching plan", "Heterogeneous forms for the same subject", "Thesis Seminar" and "Observation and grinding of the class". and long-term operation mechanisms such as collaborative innovation, application orientation, technical support, funds safeguard and management safeguard are established, so as to achieve the high quality teaching resources, especially the intelligence resource sharing to provide new ideas and methods. It provides guidance for promoting balanced development of basic education and progressive improvement and sustainable development of teachers' professional ability in the rural poverty-stricken region of Mid-western China.
