Abstract:
The study is devoted to solving the problem of students' attitude to the main aspects of the educational process of higher educational establishment (HEE), which is due to the identification of new psychological factors and radical changes occurre in both domestic and global educational and information environment.

Theoretical and empirical evidence that in the classical system of full-time and distance learning at higher educational establishment students do not feel like full subjects of the educational process, do not have the appropriate motivation to receive quality training related to their personal development and professional development, confirmed the opinion of scientists that the psychological component is actually excluded from the educational activity of the modern educational system, which contributes to their full inclusion in the social and professional life of society.

The world experience of changes has shown that a significant reserve in this regard has a reflective approach, which contributes to the formation of such an educational and information environment of higher educational establishment whose subjects are aware of both professional and personal feasibility of each component, identifying and correcting inhibiting factors whether the achievement of efficiency and quality of professional and personal development of the student is distorted taking into account the feedback between the normative trajectory of academic success and individual rates and directions of personal and professional development of the future specialist.

The result of the study was to determine the importance of cognitive professional strategies in the personal and professional development of students as a factor influencing the implementation of their personal trajectory of success in the educational and information environment of higher educational establishment.
