Abstract:
Background:
Within the degree of Physiotherapy, the subject «Specific Methods of Intervention in Physiotherapy II» deals with the practical learning of Respiratory Physiotherapy. Due to the specificity of manual techniques, as well as the importance of control on all parametres and the difficulty of solving technical questions in a «virtual campus» environment, it is necessary for the students to have audiovisual support to reinforce their laboratory practice. Material and methods. Three videos featuring factors that facilitate learning have been recorded and a questionnaire about the satisfaction of learning methodology, was completed by the students. Results. The video-making methodology used was well accepted by the students.
Discussion and conclusions:
The use of non-audio videos, with stops and repeats to focus attention in important details and the use of schematic texts with arrows have proved to be good study support resources for the subject, acting as an effective long-term reminder of the techniques in question. Keywords:
