Abstract:
The paper presents the outputs of three on going Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation projects, funded by the European Commission. All the projects are constructed around competence assessment, but for different stages in the life course of a person: school years, youths thinking about starting their own venture and finally, employees. VTeCOACH project (Competences assessment and improvement tool for VET learners and teachers for new working demands) develops a professional competences assessment framework addressed to vocational training learners that, based on the philosophy of coaching and a 360º evaluation system, provides specific action recommendations aimed at improving wicked competences. EiS project (Entrepreneurship in Serious. Improving the Entrepreneurs Skills through the Serious Games Supported on Social Networks) proposes a serious game for potential and new entrepreneurs that aim to enhance their soft skills and competences. Finally, VOW+IPLM project (The Value of Work for Individual Position on Labour Market) aims to improve the quality of validation of competence assessment process by adapting an innovative model of competence recognition. The paper presents in detail these products and where it is the case, the results from the pre-testing and validation sessions.
