Abstract:
In the context of digitalization of modern society, the professional readiness of university graduates for the effective use of information technology (IT) is gaining special relevance today with the intensive implementation of IT in all spheres of human activity. Also, one of the strategic goals of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of education is to ensure an increase in the level of accessibility of quality education. Therefore, in higher education, along with the traditional form of conducting classes, mobile learning technologies are actively used to organize the educational process regardless of place and time.
For the introduction of mobile technologies into the educational process, the authors analyzed technological aspects, didactic properties and functions, pedagogical conditions of mobile learning, functionality, advantages and disadvantages of online education platforms for mobile learning, and highlighted the conditions for choosing an online platform for educational course.
In accordance with the technical and functional capabilities of mobile technologies the authors have developed and experimentally tested the information and educational environment of the course, implemented according to the principle of blended learning.
As a result of the experimental work, a statistical difference was found in the levels of progress on the course "IT in education" (based on the point-rating system), the comfort of educational conditions of the control and experimental groups by an average of 10%. The level of motivation in the experimental group at the end of the experiment was on average 12% higher than in the control group.Keywords:
