Abstract:
The article concerns the problem of educating the future employees who should meet the current ICT companies needs. It is a long lasting process during which ICT requirements change very often. Due to very fast technology development, this problem is very hard to solve. Employees needs people who possess high professional competences in the modern fields, not taking into the consideration the fact that this kind of education needs time and additional university effort. The employers have to put a lot of additional money to adapt the employee skills to their needs. These facts are taken from the survey that was carried out among middle and big ICT companies from the region. More than half of companies indicates a lack of social competences in computer science graduates.

The educational changes is not an easy task either. The Computing Curricula 2013 (CC 2013) specifies the basic program teaching which cannot be omitted because it is necessary in further education process. Moreover the process of adjusting the student program content requires a lot of meetings with the representatives ICT companies.

According to Gartner Poland has got a very well educated professional IT employees from whom it is demanded to possess the multidisciplinary knowledge - education these specialists needs financial expenses for infrastructure, equipment and people.

The article presents two ways of solving this educational problem so that employees would be satisfied with the graduate skills. The solution cannot omit the CC 2013 requirements. These solutions concern the elaboration of general competences that could be adjust in time and also the offer for students additional ways of possessing additional competences (apart from educational program). The second solution requires the organization of additional trainings, workshops and elective courses, both national and international ones. These additional task should concern soft competences. The proposed solutions needs to be carried out parallel.
