Abstract:

Tutorial Action Plan (PAT) "Farmaempleo, NutriEmpleo and Tecnoempleo" started in the academic year 2011-2012, in response to the "university tutorial function" which is considered today as a very important tool in University. The aims of this Tutorial Plan can be summarized as a) create a link / bridge between university education and future career of students in Grade and b) establish an initial orientation training job search strategies. The opinion of students on the usefulness of this Tutorial Plan has been assessed. Questionnaires to participants have been prepared by the Teachers Group, with ratings from 1 to 5 in the following sections: Material Curricular Activities and the PAT Global Assessment, highlighting the strengths and aspects to improve. The analysis of the questionnaires showed that in general the students rated the PAT with high scores both in the first and second edition. Specifically, the 94% and 96% of participants evaluated with the highest rate the overall development of the PAT in the first and second edition, respectively. 100% of participants recommend participation to other students in both editions of the project. The Tutorial Plan has showed to become a useful tool for Teaching Innovation of University of Granada students of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
