Abstract:
The Etzkowitz´s triple helix model is being developed to a tetra helix model in order to include the organized social groups. This model was proposed by Porter in 2011 and it has been encouraged by Research Centers and Universities like Popular Autonomous University of Puebla State. This paper reports a strategic collaboration for the development of technological innovation solutions between Government, University, a consolidated company and a developing company. Here, we reported the operational problems that we had, and how those were solved using the Share Value concept (proposed by Porter and Kramer). As a result, we obtained: increasing in productivity in the consolidated company, the developing company has been included as a supplier of the consolidated company and the University has gotten new spaces for academic and professional development. The results show how the instrumentation of Value Share concept could contribute on the regional competitively and it would help us to continue with the next step: the Tetra Helix model.
