Abstract:
Introduction:
The process of formation of interns specialists in the field of University Hospitals has evolved as the development of new technologies of information and communication technologies (ICT).The adaptation of education has led to a necessary change in teaching methods. In this context, a didactic proposal based on the application of a teaching-learning model called electronic e-learning is presented.
Objectives:
Implementation of a program of e-learning to acquire skills and competencies in the field of university training hospital.
Method:
Through a web reference platform for training, communication and collaboration between interns specialists and all professionals involved in specialized training has been carried just mentoring, training guides, interviews, individual training plans, assessments and monitoring training.
Results:
The initial evaluation of the e-learning was conducted on eight internal specialists residents belonging to our teaching unit since its launch a year ago. The assessment of this methodology has been successfully exceeding 100% of participants evaluations at the end of the year training. As an area of improvement has proposed a fixed schedule interviews tutor-participant (ie. Every 3 months) that until now was a demand in order to improve communication between teacher and student.
Conclusions:
The tools of e-learning allows greater flexibility, convenience and efficiency in the field of education. Its application in the university hospital is possible and successful.Keywords:
