In all organizations the decision making process is guided by a frame of references or theories and also enriches for the experiences and expertise of the managers or leaders. In the case of the educational organizations we need to consider the point of view of teachers, lectures, professor or researcher who will contribute to build a “universal view” of the world, as the original meaning of university.

All this perspectives should channel to achieve the goals of the organization, in this case to be success in education process, quality standards, internationalization openness, investment in research projects, support student process, teachers continuous education, between others.

Actually universities need apply the managerial process but not just to follow a rigid theory, also contribute with experience and expertise gathered from years and years to observation, reflection and generation of knowledge to resolve problems or enrich processes.

The transfer of all knowledge is not a simple process. It takes time. To agree all the participants in the same educational management vision is complicated.

First, it is necessary to share the organization goals.
Second, being enough flexible to accept different points of view.
Third, stand up for our own vision.
Fourth, submit all share ideas and put them into practice through models.
Fifth, enrich the process of education combining the theory and the experience of the participants.
Sixth, put into practice
Seventh, measure with real index
Finally, allow to modified or corrected the error or encourage the rights results.

It sounds easy to put in practice, but it is not. All participants need to be agreed to collaborate and follow the same vision. And it here the core issue. How to accomplish all the points of view, how manage all over organization the policies and strategies, how communicate to all participants the main idea to develop a success educational organization, how give continuity to the programs proposed by the authorities. Last one idea is one of the major obstacles to give continuity to the programs and projects in order to reach the goals established.
Identify, reflect and give continuity to projects established is a good way to get good results in the management of an educational organization as the University of Veracruz.
