Abstract:
We intend to show the experience of internationalization in Secondary Teacher Education in which some of the professors of the University of Salamanca have been in contact with professors from other European and Latin American universities who also teach in Teacher Education and have jointly organized and developed learning, teaching and training programs for their groups of students. These intensive programs have been of short duration using innovative learning and teaching methods, including the use of online cooperation and we have called them combined intensive programs (BIP-MUPES- ODS) with a virtual component that has facilitated online collaborative educational exchange and teamwork. The virtual component has brought participants together online to work collectively and simultaneously on specific tasks integrated in the combined intensive program focused on training these future teachers in SDGs and Inclusive and Sustainable Education.

Specifically, we will present the experience carried out with Dr. Denise Vilela, professor of the Department of Teaching Methodology in the Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação of the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, Brazil who together with the author of this communication carried out a joint experience between students from Brazil and the University of Salamanca to explore the link between art and mathematics, seeking to develop SDG 4: Ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
