Abstract:
In Europe, we are currently embarking on a process of change very broad level, the Bologna Process. This new conceptualization of education has affected various aspects of academia, such as the quality, structure of lessons, the incorporation of the ECTS and a new conception of teaching is more focused on students in teacher.

At the same time we have gained the strength and virtual non teachings. This has had remarkable manner in which the new technologies of information and communication take a lead role in developing this new vision of higher education.

Coupled with this, the various international agreements that exist for the Company to develop a global network, highlight the importance of the use at the international level, not only in the field of educational ICT. And so from this perspective, the network society, defined as an information society and learning, shows how new technologies should be a key element to consider in the new formulation of higher education.

In this communication, my intention is to present what are the cornerstones of the European Higher Education Area, focusing on those related to the inclusion in the learning of new technologies.

This analysis from the network society and this new design sets a new university and a new way of teaching. Also know some of the new digital platforms they work with the universities and those innovations are included to adapt to the Bologna Process.
