Abstract:
The research is devoted to the study of the concept «personalized education» in the framework of modern scientific and pedagogical knowledge. The purpose of the study is to identify the essential functions and characteristics of the personification of the educational process at the levels of comprehensive secondary and higher education and in the course of professional development and improvement of professional training of teachers. The objectives of the research are to study the origins of personalized education, to determine the basic characteristics of the concept «personalized education» and to develop a generalized technology that allows you to carry out qualitatively personalized training of specialists in the field of education. The research methodology includes the use of theoretical and analytical research methods in connection with the results of the implementation of the author's practice-oriented technology of inclusion of personification in the training of specialists. The results of an experimental study conducted on the basis of the University's academic work and extracurricular activities at the advanced training courses allowed us to present the main stages of the technology of personalized training of specialists. The research made it possible to identify and describe the difficulties of personalizing educational activities at the University and to present the basic requirements for the organization of the educational process in accordance with the individual educational trajectory and needs of students. The results of the study also allowed to identify the main problems of personification of education, to formulate the characteristics of the personification of educational process on the basis of the interaction of the teacher(s) and student(s) and to identify possible ways of personification of education at the present stage of development of scientific pedagogical knowledge and experience. In conclusion the main results of the study and the stages of implementation of the author's innovative educational technology of personalized research training of students are presented.
