Abstract:
Under the new situation of rapid development of "Internet + education", information technology has unique advantages in promoting knowledge acquisition, understanding and application, integrating classroom and after-school teaching situations to achieve blended learning. The deep integration of information technology and education and teaching disciplines has become the consensus of researchers in the education field. Language attrition is a key problem of reverse optimization in the process of second language learning. Many problems in primary school English learning can be solved by "reducing language attrition and improving language retention". Creatively exerting the unique advantages of information technology and finding a teaching solution to the abrasion of primary school English learning language is the core problem and research goal of this research.

This research first takes primary school English learners as the research object, and uses research methods such as literature analysis, natural observation of teaching practice, interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the characteristics of language erosion in primary school English learning, listening, speaking, reading and writing. As the problem domain of this research, it lays the foundation for the follow-up research on the theoretical framework of primary school English teaching based on information technology integration.

Secondly, this research proposes two types of abrasion in memory activities, namely storage abrasion that occurs in the working memory stage and extraction abrasion that occurs in the long-term memory stage, and then theoretically seeks solutions to reduce language abrasion and improve language retention. Therefore, this research analyzes the language attrition mechanism of memory activities, and is guided by meaningful learning theory, schema theory, and language context theory. From the perspective of the effect of information technology on learners’ cognition, a teaching framework for primary school English listening, speaking, reading and writing integrated with technical activities and resource intervention is proposed to solve the problem of language attrition in primary school English learning.

Finally, from the perspective of the impact of information technology on learners’ cognition and its effect on the language attrition problem of this study, this study proposes a T-RADIO theoretical framework for the solution of primary school English language attrition, which is integrated with information technology, and uses Delphi to verify it. Then use the quasi-experimental method in teaching practice to further verify the feasibility of the theory. This research proposes a T-RADIO (Resource and Activity Directed Input and Output) framework that integrates information technology. The framework uses information technology to act on learning resources and learning activities to guide learners' in- and extra-curricular learning, and integrate learners' input learning and output learning, that is, a teaching framework that integrates listening, speaking, and reading and writing. Quasi-experimental studies have shown that the integrated teaching of listening, speaking and reading and writing with the intervention of digital schema learning has a significant effect on reducing language attrition.
