This Article delves into the profound impact of AI on educational paradigms, aiming to understand and harness its potential to revolutionize learning processes. AI technologies are reshaping traditional education by offering personalized learning experiences, adaptive assessments, and innovative teaching methodologies. The integration of AI in education not only enhances learning outcomes for students but also empowers educators with data-driven insights and tools to create engaging and effective learning environments. This Article explores key areas such as AI-driven personalized learning platforms, virtual and augmented reality applications in education, ethical considerations in AI adoption, and the role of AI in promoting inclusivity and accessibility in education. This Article provides an analysis of scientific sources, examining the impact of AI on the learning process of the higher university education students. The research looks into the importance of AI in the learning process at the university, as well as analyses which AI technologies are applied and what is their impact on the study process. Furthermore, the Article presents outcomes of the research. The main objective of this Article – after examining the scientific sources and conducting qualitative research, to uncover the transformative potential of AI in education and provide insights into best practices for integrating AI technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the digital age.Keywords:
