Abstract:
Mobile communication technology and Internet computer technology have changed the educational and teaching model. The "Internet + education" model not only breaks the constraints of space and time but also enables zero-distance communication between teachers and students. In recent years, China has carried out a lot of work in developing and applying high-quality educational resources and has also achieved remarkable results. As a vital tool of foreign language communication, foreign language teaching methods have also changed under digital education.

Nowadays, Chinese education's primary goal is to effectively improve foreign language teaching quality and expand students' foreign language learning resources. It is essential to analyze digital educational resources' characteristics, explore diversified models of foreign language teaching, address problems in teaching foreign languages, and build high-quality digital resources applied in foreign language courses.

Based on the existing use provisions of various digital educational resources, this paper takes the current situation of English teaching in Chinese classrooms as a case study. It examines the effectiveness and state of multiple resources use in teaching, speaking, reading, writing, and translation methods using questionnaire method and literature analysis method, from the qualitative and quantitative point of view.

It is found that the utilization of digital education resource platforms has improved students' achievement significantly in foreign language teaching, and students generally indicate that teaching resources are highly applicable and satisfied. However, there are still some problems in particular places. Thus, this article focuses on exploring the optimized way to use digital educational resources to construct reference ideas for the development of high-quality digital resources in teaching English in China.
