TRAINING OF MANAGERS OF HEURISTIC METHODS FOR GENERATING NEW IDEAS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract:
Introduction:
The transition to the digital economy is associated with the "end of management" when classical administrative management model organizations ceases to be effective. It replaced by a model of organizational democracy, the main feature of which become the involvement of every employee in creative work. This requires a fundamentally new approach to training and education of future managers. The new requirements are: developed intuition and creativity; the transition from analytical logic to systems thinking; ability to change mentality; awareness of the importance of creativity. A true leader should be concerned how to awaken the creativity in organizations. To do this, you need to train future leaders themselves heuristic methods for generating new ideas. This article is devoted to the review of the didactic material related to teaching in Petrozavodsk State University heuristic methods for future financial managers of the companies.

Methodology:
Learning heuristic methods of thinking is based on theoretical approaches C. Rogers, A. Sutherland Neill, M. Montessori, R. Cousinet. The key idea of these researchers is to a student learned to self-realization. It is in this case the man fully reveals his creative abilities. Heuristic methods of making responsible creative solutions serve as an integral part of the concept of educational management, which can be used both with already held by managers and in the educational process with students in University.

Results:
From 2015 to 2019 timeframe in Petrozavodsk State University with Bachelor of financial management, together with the traditional heuristic brainstorm (A. Osborn), in the context of teamwork in solving situational tasks in the field of management of modern Russian students used methods such as heuristic questions, multidimensional matrices and sinektika. Total was 120 students. Their ability to take creative decisions before learning heuristic methods and after was assessed. Based on the results of the experiment it was found that all students have the ability to take creative responsible management decisions and received the highest assessment rating scale.

Conclusions:
In the preparation of future managers the principle of self-actualization is best applied when teamwork when students help each other develop their creative potential. Heuristic methods can be successfully implemented in teamwork in solving case-study. In the process of training future managers learn to generate creative ideas themselves and be responsible for their implementation, as well as train other people those abilities.
