Abstract:
Knowledge management has been extended to higher education institutions to manage scholar knowledge, and institution policies and procedures. However, practices of knowledge management to manage knowledge for students are only limited to the storage and dissemination of lecture slides and other relevant materials in virtual learning environments. To address the lack of insights in the current literature in managing knowledge for students, a methodology for knowledge management is proposed to enhance student learning experience in a lecture environment. The proposed knowledge management methodology provides a systemic process to collect students’ learning problems as well as create, store, disseminate, use and evaluate knowledge that contribute to overcome learning barriers. The major contribution of this research is proposing a methodology that enhances the learning experience of students by overcoming challenges in their learning process. Keywords:
