For implementation were considered the model of instruction Carey and Carey (2005) and the model of professional competence Tobon (2005), the systemic model complex, which comprises three competitions: the basics that students must have before admission, generics, which generally are available in the first units of learning and that will underpin the generic skills learning from other units of the curriculum and specific.

All this in order to achieve implementation and development of graduate educational program in health science distance education online, which meets the required quality indicators, so you can be evaluated by both internal and external agencies so that you can access the national standard graduate of the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) of Mexico.
