Abstract:

We'll discuss current techniques and technology, how they may be best utilized and then delve into emerging and "just around the corner" technologies with examples of best practices, what to watch for, and ways to think about incorporating them into your learning strategies. We'll use some of these interactive tools as examples during the session, allowing for participants to gain first-hand experience. Participants will come away with next-step action items, including things to do right away and things to think about for the near-term.

Outcomes:
• Understand how to use the latest technology to strengthen learning in small, hands-on, intensive training and workshops
• Gain hands-on experience with tools that help cultivate meaningful conversations and connections through social and visual collaboration
• Know how to capture and leverage the most relevant live data (analytics) to evaluate effectiveness, potency, and participation
