Abstract:
Boring meetings and workshops have become a plague and our hyper-connected world has led participants astray. New cases of MADHD are seen each day with symptoms disastrous to learning and organizational success. But, there are ways to combat this disorder and keep participants (particularly millennials) focused despite constant distractions. The world is changing dramatically, with every organization becoming more digital, global, virtual, and social. Those entering the workforce now have never known a world that wasn't connected by technology. As the world embraces change, our learning programs and the technologies that support them must do so as well.

Learning Outcomes:
• Spot cases of MADHD and discover techniques to captivate and hold participants’ attention.
• Leverage technology to increase learning and retention rates.
• Apply design techniques to turn bored attendees into engaged participants.
