Abstract:
Today, software is simply not the exclusive property of a particular field but the universal resource in this society. Thus, it affects individuals as well as society and is related to even national competitiveness. According to this situation computing education based on the basic principles of software has become an important issue around the world. In the United States and the United Kingdom it has become part of public education. Also, the Republic of Korea has a plan to carry out computing education as public education from 2018 based on the 2015 revised Korean national curriculum.
