Abstract:
From the budgets of functional teaching methodolgies, understood as opposed to expository teaching model, in this paper we develop some of its principles and methods through its application to teaching activities belonging to the subjects of legal discipline, particulary, to the so called basic legal sciencies.
If we define learning as the acquisition of a behavior that comes from the experience, and from the premise that the epicenter of our educational plannig should be the autonomuos work of students, it is necessary to design learning activities whose purpose, among others, is to provide information to students.
To achieve this objective, taking as basis the contents of our subjects (such as Roman Law, for example), what we propose in this paper is to share our experience in using this type of learning materials, and more specifically, the development of a "thematic unit", we have to plan and design learning activities in order to get the knowledge. In the "thematic unit", we will include the text itself and, in addition, core ideas, questions guide, implementation activities in several formats, and finally, evaluation activities. Keywords:
