Abstract:
The interaction between human occurrences and the computer is influenced by the ability of the computer to respond to demands, taking into account the demonstrative emotion manifested on the nonverbal and paraverbal level. Particularly for children with speech disorders, the computer help is an important variable in the success of the assisted therapeutic intervention. To identify the most commonly used external factors that influence computer services for direct and indirect beneficiaries of speech therapy, a quantifiable meta-analysis of 139 papers covering the last fifteen years was done. Perception of Utility, Reliability, Advisory, Technical support trust, Empathy, Usability, and Personalization are the latent factors which describe the impact of computer facilities for direct and indirect beneficiaries of speech therapy. The properties of these frequently used external factors on scale main constructs have been studied across a range of technology categories and learning user categories. Using these external factors this study proposes a Scale Model for study the influence of computer facilities for all beneficiaries.
