Abstract:
For more than 50 years, international administrations such as the European Union have been committed to programmes to support entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship should be understood as a business solution based on research and innovation. The EU and its different member countries have continued to promote policies and programmes to encourage entrepreneurship as part of their strategy for economic growth and job creation.

In the case of Andalusia, it was not until 2011 that the Plan for the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Culture in the Andalusian Public Education System was implemented. This initiative also aims to provide formal education with training in entrepreneurship.

In this sense, the University of Jaén has carried out specific actions, highlighting the commitment to finance projects to promote entrepreneurial culture. In these projects, the teachers involved will try to bring entrepreneurship training closer to undergraduate and master's degree students in their different subjects.

The aim of this work will be to link the contents of the subject with training in entrepreneurship using the programme designed by the university called INSIDE as a tool. This programme has especially supported students involved in entrepreneurship projects to participate in a training programme and ideas competition called INSIDE. This programme consists of three phases: IN (identifying needs), SI (Ideal Solution) and DE (business development) which can be considered as the natural phases of a business project.

The student, motivated by the participation in the competition (INSIDE), must consider whether he/she can provide an answer to a specific lack of a product or service in the market. The student is faced with a needs analysis and the obligation to make a proposal for an improvement that contains a certain innovation with the shortcomings detected. The training is completed with the search for companies in the sector that work in the sector in which they are going to undertake, in order to provide the solution with an added value that makes the proposal viable from an economic point of view.

The result of the teaching experience has been very enriching as it has given the student the opportunity to detect a need linked to the contents of the subject. The solution proposed by the group of students must be innovative and this could in the future become part of a business idea that connects their training with their professional future.
