Abstract:
The use of New Information Technologies and Communication in education has facilitated the creation of new spaces for the development of teaching. Web 2.0 tools like wikis, blogs, social networks, etc.., Opening up innovative opportunities that enable interaction between teaching and learning and between this and their peers.
The Blog is a resource of vast possibilities which is based on a basic web page where he / the user can post comments, articles, photos, videos and more and which can be visited and commented by other users. But what is the Edublog? Is the conjunction of the words education and blog, referring to blogs whose main objective is to support the teaching-learning process within the educational context.
The main advantages of using this tool are its free, easy and simple to use, allow collaborative work, enrich the development of multiple skills, reduce distances... among many others.
This paper focuses on the description and analysis of Edublogs as a tool in the teaching-learning process in the university context, characteristics and uses in and outside the classroom. This tool provides multiple web 2.0 learning possibilities as experiences designed to maximize the educational potential of our students.Keywords:
