Abstract:
Purpose:
This research is aimed at finding out, the relationship between moral education and self-regulation on delinquent young adult at SMP Informatika East Ciputat, South Tangerang, Indonesia. Delinquent young adult is a young adult with characteristic problem or emotional obstacle, and abnormal behavior so that they are less in adaptation to the environment, family, schools, and society. This research focused on the delinquent young adult. It is usually called social disability because of the behavior denoted to disobey the social norms, steal, hurt other people/school, fight against the parents, and destroy. Thus, the researcher is interested in conducting a research which deals with delinquent young adult education at SMP Informatika East Ciputat, South Tangerang, Indonesia.

Methods:
A retrospective study of 20 delinquent young adult subjects (14 male; 6 female).The age of the young adult was 14 years old. This research used observation and depth interview. Began with the observations and then forwarded to the interview using the guidelines that had been prepared by the researcher gradually. Interviews were conducted intensively with adolescents indicated delinquent.

Result:
Based on the result of the research, the researcher concludes that to create delinquent young adult to have good moral and self-regulation especially in learning and behavior, it needs a good social support from all aspects, those are;
(1) home education, parents who focus on educating their children well, teach discipline (self-regulation) to the children, put religion values and morality,
(2) School; teachers are hoped to work together with parents well to see the children’s development;
(3) Environment where they live should give positive support through the suitable facility.

Conclusion:
Moral education and self-regulation are really needed by those who still have their puberty although their emotions in general is not normal.Through their, moral education and discipline for delinquent young adult, is expected toreduce the number of them so that they grow into good/normal adult with good emotional control, can develop them selves, have self-esteem through strong social support and a willingness to learn good, so that they become good generation challenging and competitive era.
