Abstract:
At present the ability of teachers to adapt to the conditions of a changing environment, their ability to update their experience and readiness to improve their skills in a digital educational environment have acquired paramount importance.

The novelty of the study is an introduction and description of an effective model for advanced training of teachers of an educational organization and management of the quality of the proposed system is suggested and described.

The relevance of the study is connected with the need to create a model of advanced training for employees of educational organizations that is relevant to modern requirements. The functioning of the model can provide a high quality level of educational results of graduates that meets the present day requirements.

The main methods and techniques of the study described in the article were the analysis of scientific literature, information resources on the topic. Surveys, tests, interviews, questionnaires, analysis of the results were also carried out.

The purpose of the article is to define and describe an effective model of advanced teacher training and management of the quality of the proposed system developed on the basis of an analysis of school functioning.

During the research and writing of the article, the following tasks were solved:
- the problem of management of quality of the advanced training is studied and described;
- the importance of advanced teacher training in the frames of the Federal State Educational Standard implementation is determined;
- the requirements necessary for managing the quality of advanced teacher training in modern conditions are determined;
- an analysis of the system of secondary school teachers training is carried out, the results of experimental work are described;
- modeling of the system of advanced teacher training and management of this system is suggested;

In the context of the functioning of the modern socio-economic system, due to the increased dynamism of the educational environment, the phenomenon of continuous pedagogical education acquires the greatest relevance. The paradigm of lifelong education poses appropriate tasks for the system of professional development of a teacher.

The advanced training management model proposed in the article is a unified form of solving various tasks that are set for an educational organization in modern conditions. The created system is self-developing since its activity is based on taking into account the interests of the participants in the educational process and is a combination of non-formal and informal models of education. The quality management system for advanced training of teaching staff is a rational, self-developing system that includes subjects and objects of management, which makes it effective.

The effectiveness of the system of advanced training of teachers described in the article and the management model of this system have been verified by the positive results of its implementation.

The theoretical and practical values of the study are methodological recommendations for organizing the advanced training for teachers, development of the system for advanced training of teachers that creates comfortable conditions for the participants of educational relations and ensures the quality of the implementation of basic educational programs.
