Abstract:
Research problem:
Global changes in the professional sphere cause transformations in the process of familiarizing children with professions. Children's BabySkills championships are developing, the content of which is based on the "Atlas of New Professions". New professions are expected to arise that will replace obsolete and gone into the past. The professional future is the sphere of self-realization of a person, so the profession occupies an important place in the picture of the human world. This causes the actualization of professional tests for children from preschool age.
The pedagogical thesaurus was replenished with such a concept as "early career guidance of children" - the creation of conditions for the practical approbation of professions, the formation of value orientations in the world of different professions. One of the leading activities of preschool children is play. Our research is devoted to the gamification of children's acquaintance with the professions of the future. In the kindergarten, a career-oriented play environment is created, which includes samples of ways of professional activity, presented in the signs of professions, and game material that stimulates and supports the play of children in the profession. In games, children can take on various professional roles (network doctor, smart home infrastructure designer, city farmer, cosmotourism manager, etc.), living various states (inspiration, disappointment, pleasure, etc.), meanings of professions (value for themselves and other people). Play ensures the development of social, moral, intellectual, aesthetic, and physical qualities of children. There is a huge potential in games: it causes positive emotions, creates an endless creative space.

Purpose of the study:
Determining the effectiveness of gamification in the process of acquaintance of preschool children with the professions of the future.

Research methods:
Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of gamification of children's acquaintance with professions. The theoretical study of gamification of the process of acquaintance of children with the professions of the future is based on the analysis of scientific sources presented in open access on the GoogleScholar platform.

Conclusions and recommendations:
The study allows us to conclude that it is necessary to develop meaningful content and technologies for gamification of children's acquaintance with the professions of the future.

The results of the study can be used in the development of teaching aids for working with preschool children.
