Abstract:
Utilizing best practices represents an effective way to leverage acquired knowledge and experience to improve the quality of processes in various areas of societal life, including education and crisis management. This article focuses on the possibilities of implementing crisis management experience from the Visegrad Group countries, specifically the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia into the educational process of other countries. The aim is to identify and transfer proven methods into the training system for future crisis management professionals. The research applied qualitative methods, primarily document analysis, comparison of national approaches to crisis management, semi-structured interviews with experts from the respective countries, and observation of best practice sharing approaches within each state. Based on these findings, a potential procedure was proposed for identifying proven practices suitable for integration into academic settings. The article offers a concrete approach to systematically acquiring and processing information about best practices in crisis management and effectively applying them in university-level education.
