Abstract:
The school leadership is a priority of educational policies in the worldwide. Strengthening school autonomy with a greater focus on education, certified by school results have made it necessary to reconsider the role of school leaders. A headmaster is part of the decision making process regarding the way the management challenges it faces. The mission of the school is structured around with a lot of hopes and dreams. If they begin to cease, policies, constraints and lack of resources, then we really fool the kids and their dreams. Study in terms of culture and politics in educational leadership is currently every day more under development as a major area of social and educational research.
The school principal is the main motive which provides permanent access to the success of the school and students making it easier articulation, development and implementation of a vision, mission and objectives of the common school.
Headmaster of the 21st century must ensure continued access to quality teaching and learning - productive to all students through the application and implementation of appropriate training culture. Experience in successful management of schools, is a priority which is important for ensuring continued access, and you have to walk anyway with time to become part of the development in the 21 century.
In Kosovo, regarding this study on the issue of leadership and management of the school so far there are very few studies, while discussions about this topic grow every day. In this paper are presented the characteristics of the school management and the director as a leader. Management and leadership in education are considered as potential concepts and influential factor in this field. In this paper will be presented the activities, procedures and tasks which implements the school director on: management, coordination or organization of a school and its role and influence, as a result productive in teaching. Through the challenges faced by the director as decision-making, that aims at raising the quality. The success of the leadership and direction of results in students and teachers.Keywords:
