Abstract:
The reform of higher education in accordance with the principles established by the Bologna Declaration has caused different reactions of students and teaching staff of the University of Belgrade. The changes imposed by the reform demanded a thorough restructuring of the existing education system in all of its aspects. Method of teaching, supporting documentation and literature, the examination system, student obligations and many other segments of the Bologna system, were complete novelties for most faculties of the University of Belgrade and their students.

As the reform progressed and faculties met the accreditation criteria, views of the newly established system have also changed. Having in mind that satisfaction of customers, in this case students, is very important, this paper deals with the way students see the reform. The study presented in the paper is based on research conducted at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, which is the youngest faculty of the University of Belgrade and one of the faculties that have relatively easily and quickly adjusted to the changes, thanks to the proactive approach.
