Abstract:
Educational teams are facing the problem of prioritizing how they spend their work time. Besides teaching, coaching, visiting companies and preparing lessons, the teachers/trainers need to meet as a team to evaluate students’ results and other outcomes. To follow-up, teams need to set aims and plan actions for further improvement in their team year plans. Thus, it is crucial that the right aims are chosen and the right actions planed. Despite that, during the first QUAL4T project, teachers stated that they still felt they didn’t have enough knowledge and tools to effectively develop a good, realistic year plan and follow the Plan Do Check Act-cycle (PDCA). The aim of the QUAL4T2 consortium is to provide the necessary method and tools to educational teams to make them able to improve the quality of their team year plans. Along with this toolkit, the project partners provide a Quality Guide for Teams, proffering extra information on effective planning for an educational team.
