Abstract:
Effectiveness of education largely depends on the qualifications of a teacher. It may be surmised that the level of moral education of the child is a measure of theoretical and practical readiness of the pedagogue for guidance of children's activities. The purpose of our research was to identify theoretical and practical readiness of teachers for guidance and organization of activities aimed at humanization of relationship among children.
As a part of the study, several objectives had to be solved:
1 To determine the teacher’s level of proficiency regarding options of educational activity in order for students to gain experience of humane attitude.
2 To identify practical skills of the teacher, to set a goal for educational work, to plan educational activity for a lesson; to see contradictions in children’s relationships and find ways of solving them; to determine level of proficiency in modern methodology, methods of education and organization of activity and children’s relationship.
3 To find out the level of teachers’ satisfaction with the results of their work.

Research methods included analysis of workplans of teachers, questionnaire and observation. With regard to findings of the study, we revealed a sufficiently high level of development of cognitive and reflective blocks in professional activity of teachers. It proves that in practice the schools have created conditions for realization of humanistic orientation of physical exercise and sport activity.
Reviewing work experience of teachers allowed to highlight a number of advantages and disadvantages in educational work with adolescents. We distinguished that there is an opportunity for formation of relationship experience at lessons. Partially teachers implement it, nevertheless, the majority of teachers implement it without systematic planning. Materials for moral education are chosen promiscuously in the majority of cases, many educational activities are conducted by teachers under the influence of conditions and circumstances emerging during the lessons without regard to reasons causing them. The teachers’ attitude to the behavior of students does not always adequately fit the conditions of the educational process and does not comply with the requirements of an individual approach. Inadequate attention is paid to such an important approach in developing behavior experience is pedagogical situations. Two out of three occurring situations during the educational process are regarded as spontaneous, which complicates guidance of educational process. Analysis and integration of data allowed to determine a significant condition of effectiveness of the educational activity – an active position of an adolescent during educational process. Research materials revealed that teacher’s work related to the organization of educational activity at the lesson and activity arrangement for humanization of relations is “backsliding” in modern-day schools. In this regard, the development of scientific-based ways of implementing educational aspects of physical culture in the unity of education and training is important.
