Abstract:
During the period of a complicated epidemiological situation in the world the role of physical development for improving and strengthening good health and maintaining physical activity is increasing. The role of lessons as a mandatory element at any stage of education also increases. However, since the transition (March, 2020) of all Russian education institutions to a remote format, their distance organization has become a problem due to the practical orientation of this subject. Therefore, the search for methods and techniques of remote organization of course “Physical training and sports” is an urgent task.

The research methodology included modeling, testing and evaluating a set of variable tasks that are possible in a distance learning environment. The authors highlight the main components of the remote model: practical exercises and methodological tasks (theoretical and controlling). The most important element is practical exercises organized in the following variants: classes with a teacher on various online platforms, classes using various mobile applications, independent classes, classes - competitions (individual and team). These tasks allow maintaining the required level of physical development and functional state of students. Competitions are especially important during the period of social separation in the pandemic. The article describes and analyzes the most effective options for all types of tasks, presents the first results of including students in the distance learning format.

The description of this model and variants of tasks has great practical significance. The results of the research are interpreted, subjected to quantitative and qualitative analysis, and presented in this article.
