Abstract:
Nowadays, scientific and education international projects are of central importance at many universities all around the world. After coordinating a few international programmes and enterprises, I have found that among a huge number of factors influencing a success of efforts two play a vital role: good idea and an effective partnership. Based on own experience, I can say that it is crucial to build the "4C" (Competent, Complementary, Coherent, Creative) international partnership.

First of all it is necessary to find experts in the project area, people who are COMPETENT and really know what are the expectations and tasks to be done. Secondly, the team composition range should allow to cover any gaps in the subject area, as any uncharted waters could result in unexpected problems. So your work colleagues should be COMPLEMENTARY to each other and COHERENT, as good communication skills make better conditions of work environment. Moreover, even if you know exactly what do you expect from everyone, don't forget to give people a blank cheque - in a full or narrow range, depending on the project and your situation awareness. If you allow people to be CREATIVE results can be soaraway and remarkable. The paper presents building of international partnership process based on the example of ADD_ON_SKILLS Erasmus+ project.
