Abstract:
The development of robotics leads to a wider introduction of this type of automatic devices in various fields of activity. The enterprises of the automated food industry require qualified specialists specializing in the field of food and robotics. The training of such specialists should start from the student age.
The implementation of this idea has begun with the work on the project "Mathematical, computer and field modeling of the delta robot dynamics" in MSUFP in April 2018 year . The motivation of students to realization the project was the creation of their own hands delta robot from the LEGO MINDSTORMS sets, its programming and the study of various devices of this set. The proposal to participate with a report in the first International Conference on "Problems of Mechanics and Control", which was in Dagestan in Machachkala, has increased the interest of students to realization project. In September 2018, a report was made at this Conference.
Since October 2018, the department of physical and mathematical disciplines has been operating a robotics circle for first and second year students. The motivational work is carried out in which the obtained results are analyzed and current problems and prospects for the further development of this activity are discussed. In the process of learning use sets Amperka. Students themselves collect electronic circuits from resistors, diodes and sensors, so this kit is more efficient than LEGO EV3.
The training began with a study of the fundamentals of the functioning of electronic control systems consisting of simple circuits consisting of leds, resistors and sensors. Then we created a mobile robot, which, when moving, makes a rhythmic sound, under which different leds alternately change color. The coding of the robot occurs in several stages and is performed in the eclipse software environment. A counter is installed, the values of which are recorded by pressing various keys in different cells of the Arduino board. The counter value is constantly increased by 1. Depending on what information is in the board cells, either the leds light up along with the playing sound of the piezoelectric element, or the program stops at the value in the power cell that is responsible for the idle time. The other branch of the program controls the operation of the engines.
Future specialists involved in robotics, receive the necessary skills and knowledge that they will need when they start working on the automated production of the food industry. Students can also form the basis for the MSUFP team at various conferences, festivals and competitions in robotics. Participation in these events is the most effective educational technology that motivates students and increases the effectiveness of their learning. Keywords:
