Abstract:
The project is associated with the fundamental problem of deviant behavior of children and adolescents and is aimed at theoretical justification, development, testing and introduction into modern educational practice of variable programs that positively affect the dynamics of deviant behavior manifestations of students in educational organizations with different types of educational systems in Bulgaria and Russia. The novelty of the project is to identify the relationship of school educational systems and manifestations of students’ deviant behavior. The project involves the investigation and classification of new types of systems of upbringing in educational institutions operating in the dynamically changing sociocultural realities of Bulgaria and Russia; the discovery of new types of students’ deviant behavior and the peculiarities of its manifestation in school and social environment; the development of topical programs for preventing deviant behavior in interpersonal interaction that meet modern challenges and threats to the development and socialization of schoolchildren. Practical and applied tasks of the project are implemented through the creation of the necessary organizational, pedagogical and psychological conditions, as well as a set of methods, techniques and means of influence aimed at harmonizing interpersonal relationships and minimizing the manifestations of students’ deviant behavior in school.

The study will allow:
- to identify and describe new types of systems of upbringing and their intercultural specificity in the context of prevention of students’ deviant behavior according to the results of comparative analysis of Bulgarian and Russian schools;
- to develop, test and determine the effectiveness of programs for the prevention of students' deviant behavior in educational institutions of Bulgaria and Russia;
- to identify and describe the levels of development of different types of systems of upbringing, predict on this basis the dynamics of manifestations of deviant behavior in the interaction of students in school, use the developed programs of prevention of deviant behavior for strategic planning the development of educational organization and optimizing interpersonal relations of schoolchildren.
