User Experience (UX), is “a person’s perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a product, system or service” according to ISO 9241-210. According to the ISO definition, UX includes all the users' emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. It includes a person’s perceptions of the practical aspects such as utility, ease of use and efficiency of the system. The ISO also list three factors that influence user experience: system, user and the context of use.

The exponential IT service development determines need of UX experts. Business demand for the UX experts grows. UX is rather new knowledge field. The future specialist have to explore it. The best way is with many trials. How to support such training?

This paper deals with the answer of this question – it is to develop UX DESIGN STUDIO. Platform with two sides – one as a learning management system (LMS) and from the other as a framework for user interface (UI) developer. The LMS part of the platform is the centralized knowledge provider supporting different learning approaches and assessment tools as a leaving lab. The main learning methods will include the synergy of Design Thinking, Agile and DeVops.

The purpose of the STUDIO is to innovate not just for today. It has to meet the new opportunities and support the creativity process. The UX DESIGN STUDIO design will be guided by the 4 key components of Collis & Moonen 4E model: Ease of use, Environment, Personal Engagement, Educational Effectiveness

Quality of experts is a guided paradigm for management of the UX quality. The virtual STUDION is a quality assurance tester.
