Abstract:
The information and knowledge society demands a new way of learning. In recent years, new approaches have been introduced to use technology in learning to engage learners. The thinking of digitally natives is different from that of digital immigrants learners. The existing gap must be rationalized and appropriately overcome. There are myths among teachers that they cannot express their professionalism because the information technologies hinder them.

In recent years authors have been working on learning experience design implementation. The main goal of the learning process is to create a team that can communicate with each other.

This paper presents the new challenge for authors to build training, suitable for people who wants to build on their knowledge and skills. The so-called nugget training. Creating small pieces of completed knowledge. The methodology for designing this training differs from the standard with the flexibility of learners. Flexibility is one of the characteristics of e-learning. In the current project, it is the basis of the work. The training itself is supported by a learning platform in a natural way. An essential part of building courses is the learning experience design.

The application of the methodology is presented in courses such as design thinking and computer science. The authors are keen to implement the methodology of design thinking and nugget education in the humanities.
