Abstract:
For the last twenty years peer observation of teaching (POT) has been receiving widespread attention around the world. It has been applied in various organisations in all sectors and levels of education. The reason for widespread interest of high education teachers in POT is due to increased regulatory quality requirements, the need to address new challenges and demands of higher education environment, and teacher’s necessity to its own professional pedagogical and scientific development. The aim of this article is to present results from qualitative content analysis using software ATLAS.ti. The results demonstrate when the students’ motivation in the pedagogical process was high and when it was low, and what were the most important identified parts of the pedagogical process.
