Abstract:
Methods of teaching a foreign language began to develop from the end of 19th – beginning of the 20th century and it is an independent science in the modern process of education.

This methodology has general (providing the process of learning any language) and private (considering the specifics of particular language in training) principles.

A special method deals with individual aspects of theories of learning, such as the method of application of innovative tools in teaching.
The use of innovative tools, particularly Internet resources in teaching Russian as a foreign language is caused by the purpose of the educational process.

Thanks to the development of communicative linguistics in last time, more attention is paid to the informative side of language and the emphasis in the teaching a foreign language was displaced from the theory of sentence in the theory of utterance. Verbal communication is explored as a form of human interaction through language. As the main properties of language the following qualities consider: communicativity, systemacity, functionality.

The main purpose of teaching Russian as a foreign language is to teach foreigners to cope with communicative tasks using the Russian.
Modern techniques focus the teacher on training in cross-cultural communication, on use of interest of pupils in culture and a way of life of native speakers.

The educational process widely uses modern teaching technologies: audio and video recordings, computer programs, e-learning for formation of skills of oral speech.

In the South Ural State University a project for teaching the Russian language of foreign students (who enrolled in the program of included training in «Philology») and foreign citizens in Russia. The project is implemented through the educational portal of SUSU.
One of components of training is broadcast of Internet transfers for those who wants to learn Russian and to get acquainted with culture of Russia.

Each program consists of several headings. The subject of a heading of each release was defined by the most important subjects of the Russian communication and rate of speech situations in the Russian communicative space.

The definition of vocabulary for learning the foreign language is a complex methodological and didactic task.

I. Barannikov wrote that in the method there are no evidence-based data on drawing up a minimum vocabulary and the main method of selection of lexicon are an experience and intuition. But by drawing up a basic word stock it is necessary to consider the semantic importance, use frequency of the word in the course of communication, relevance of the word in the communicative act, the semantic and grammatical valency of the word, educational and methodical expediency, etc.

Innovative technologies in training the foreign language help to provide the following components of educational process: presentation of language material (in the coherent speech or in the isolated look); specification of knowledge of the language phenomenon; creation of conditions for natural use of language as tutorials, for communicative use of language material in oral and written language.
The innovative component allows to intensify process of digestion of material, to make it more interesting and available, using multimedia forms of submission of information and influencing acoustical, visual, emotional perception in a complex
